WU Phelps to River bikepath w/ Marina loop and restroom
Planned 5*mile @ 5:10s or below, rest = starting esch mile on 8minute intervals ; splits - 5:10, 5:03, 5:06, 5:10, 5:11, 5:20. average - 5:12s
CD Marina loop to Phelps.

Decided on the warmup I would go 6*mile instead of 5 intervals, because on an out and back bikepath, I might as well go out 3 and back 3 as opposed to going out half a mile on the third interval and pulling a 180° turn. As could be expected, I was gassed on the 6th mile. But I'm OK with out after realizing this was my first lifetime 6*mile workout ever.
