I really felt strong today, astonishing after flying back from Ireland this morning. A fantastic trip. They aren't reading this, but thank you Mom and Dad. More on topic though, I went out hoping for 50, came back at 49:36, having picked up the pace significantly, though not a tempo. I did eight quality striders then cooled down for a little bit, making it 50. After a stretch, I did the spp for 5:00 and 50 lunges. I forgot to note that on Thursday, when my training was sabotaged I did an 11:00 plank, 60 pushups, and 30 painful supermen--not that this presented a substitute, just noting it.
