Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Went hiking with Phil and Cromer in Quabbin in the morning then chilled at a BBQ with some of the PSE people in the afternoon. Phil really wanted to run, but it was hot, so we waited till after the BBQ and ran before dinner. We went down to campus, parked in the old lot by North C, and I took Phil all around each part of Campus. Ran Orchard Hill, down to Southwest, to the Track (did a lap) then back up past the rec center to the Campus Center to Conte and then finishing at the playground. I didnt feel very great running. I was still a little buzzed from the BBQ and we had a long day. Still good weather and good exercise. Phil really liked the place and got to see some of the spots I trained at last summer.

Essentials: Stretch

We quickly stretched down on the playground. Odd being there after spending so many evenings alone, just chillin and stretching after my run. It didnt feel like the same place, but I knew it was... Legs fine at the end of the day even after running a lot this week. Awesome weekend hanging out with Phil and Cromer. So glad he could make it up. Hes setting an example to visit people. You just got to do it.
