Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Not a particularly captivating day of training, but satisfying all the same. I did a run similar to yesterday's, only I cut through some uncharted neighborhoods. The pace may have been slightly faster and built to something significant by the end. I gave my back and abs a break today and instead of strength work, I rolled.
