Warm-up: Dowel
3 minutes of double-unders jump rope
(keep steady jumping rhythm; keep elbows same and work on moving wrist faster while jumping higher on double-under; practice rhythm with swinging
rope in one hand and jumping to beat)

WOD: Tabata (7 rounds of 20 seconds of reps and 10 second rest; cross circuit interval training)
