Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
A storm must be coming in. In the afternoon, it got dark and cool. I didnt have much motivation to run today. Must be from the intense running last week. I knew it would make me feel better and stronger though, so I went short and sweet today. Just went down Hadley St and came back on Russell. I had to pee really bad, so I went up into SES for a little just so I didnt pee in anyone's front yard. Legs felt good but I took it easy paced. I wanted to go shorter so that I can do a longer run on campus tomorrow, or head out to Northampton for the Tuesday XC 5ks. Its gonna be hard to do next week, but I could check it out tomorrow for a bench mark and to see what the running club is like.
Essentials: Stretch, abs
The bugs were really coming out, so I went inside to do a short stretch. I was tired when I got back.
Hope everyone had a great day on the first day of class and a good practice. I always loved the first day of school and practice, cause you knew shit was about to get real. I will always remember stretching over by the equipment room as the sun went down, then hitting the showers before Fribs... an amazing experience that I already miss.
