Words cannot express my excitement for the season. I was also just glad to be back at GDS. Definitely a challenging run, but it did not become a slog. BASSET showed up, and joined Sam, the Colaizzii, Aidan and me for about 7 on Wisconsin to the CCT to Connecticut to the Circle to Western to Wisconsin again. Aidan and I did planks for 1:00, 15 leg lifts, 30 pushups, and 25 clams. I opted out of buying spikes today because they only had pink and blue Nike victories. Having to run back from the shoe store made this a very significant day. I added the warmup to yesterday's entry as well.
