Weather: ~75 degrees, Humid

Comments:
Fartlek through Northpark. I was feeling rather apprehensive about the run today, and until like halfway through the fartlek, still felt pretty crummy. But on the way back I felt so much more comfortable and relaxed. I have no idea what happened, it just kind of happened. Also, the distances for warmup/fartlek/cooldown are all approximated, so one may have been longer than the other, but the total distance is about correct.

Finished off with circuit strength, felt pretty solid, and another ice bath.
