45 min hot run... I thought I was going at a decent pace, but after I mapped it I guess not...I slowed up a bit at the end, however

DF...I haven't really done these before, so I only did those little jumps and the leg crossing thing
some crunches...didn't do pushups
I will "ice bath" later :(
