Comments:
Coach Nicol and I decided today would be the best day to do the hardest workout this week and also decided the track would be the best place to do this. Had the kids run the back way to the course to get there. I printed out a pace chart and had gave the kids their goal paces today from their 5k times this past weekend or their goal times depending on the individual.
I ran the workout with the Phillip and Josh, we hit the paces below. Was a pretty good workout and I was very happy with how it went. I'm still not in great shape but the kids are certainly getting there.
Excited for the annual Wednesday of Popcorn Festival Week Run tomorrow downtown.
