Ran in the evening after the first day of classes! Back to college life. Classes were really fun today. I got real pumped up for polymers. Like running, it is hard to express how passionate I am about them. We only had classes this morning, so I went home and ran errands in the afternoon. When I got back, I got super tired and actually took a nap. First day took a lot out! I hope Im not this tired at 4:00 everyday. The nap pushed my run back and I headed out later. I really didnt want to, but I figured it would invigorate me. It did, I was really happy I went. Did a little loop down by the crossings, going out on Russell St. On MapMyRun, the route looks like a little hook. Started out slow and picked it up a little. I was def quicker than 8:00 pace by the end. Awesome weather too in the evening. I hear fall is approaching in Cleveland, and it is getting here as well.

Essentials: Stretch, hips, abs

Threw in some hips today since my groin and IT have been a little tight. Felt great. Also abs were good as well. The gym is like $200 so I am holding off signing off until I pay some of my other bills and get my first paycheck. For now to work on my aesthetics, gotta do abs #swoldier.

I am gonna see what my mileage is like this week and when labs start, and then decide on signing up for one of the races in October. I actually think I can get in a shape that is good enough to feel like I am competing. That would be a good place.
