Comments:
3 x 5 x 1000 with 1:00 min rest between reps. 3 min after every set of 5. Ran on 500 m course with really long grass, so the course was pretty slow.

Set 1: 3:35, 3:35, 3:33, 3:35, 3:27
Set 2: 3:23, 3:24, 3:24, 3:25, 3:25
Set 3: 3:21, 3:21, 3:19, 3:17, 3:12

Ran back to track and did 2 X 200. 34 & 32
Did tables and skips.

Pretty tough workout, would have been a lot faster on the track. Overall I'm happy with how I did.
