Comments:
Nice run with the girls .got there and it was raining like crazy. Teresa, Jamie, Starla, Anna, and Zoe. Went around the lake, jumped in puddles. It was a nice run. Went out a little fast .. Went into the trials and Jamie had some bug on her and it was really gross.. then went on to west dover and ran up and ran a mile at 6:37. zoe 7:18 anna 7:51, after running 4.5 miles about.
