Sunderland Hook Loop

Wanted to go a little easier today since my knee has been tight the past few days. Studied in the morning and did laundry at Sunderland Suds since the laundry in our building is getting fixed. Ran after I got back from that. Another beautiful day out. Actually, a perfect day for some NFL too. I am excited to see how this season goes, and how intense people get about the Patriots (Since UMass football is pointless). Anyways, did the hook loop nice and easy. Legs felt heavy today, not super smooth. I kept passing this couple on their bikes. They were going pretty slow for a bike. Overall it felt good to get out there and get this run done though.

Essentials: Stretch, buddies

Stretched outside, and I didnt have a shirt on so I was getting real itchy. Came inside for buddies, which were pretty tough.

Hit my mileage goal. See how it works with labs next week, but if I can sustain 30 in 5 days with some workouts, that would be good for some races.
