Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Kinda chilly out today, but still good running weather. Kinda tired when I got home, but I got out the door and headed out for the trails. Was thinking of doing a tempo today, but decided to just stay on softer surfaces and unwind after the day. Took a side trail when I got to the road, which was pretty cool. Popped out right at the 2.5 mile mark, so I turned around there and head back. Had some stomach aches on the way back (I was hungry so I ate a snack right before running). Otherwise good run. Legs were fine and I picked it up on the way back cause I wanted to go to the bathroom.
Essentials: Stretch, roll
Bugs are bad outside as the sun goes down, so I stretched and rolled inside. Got late class Wed and Thrusday, so we are gonna have to work around that.
