Comments:
rob and i started out really slow...8:10 for the first mile, and progressed pretty smoothly to 6:40 or so the last mile. it was a nice run, i feel really strong right now. i'm still going to take tomorrow easy, though. i'm at 72 through 6 days, and that's by far the most in the summer. 16 on sunday hopefully.
