Cross Mountain Rd

Comments:
Very tired after class today. Since we have late days the next few days, knew I should get in my run today. Finally went out at a slow pace. I wanted to explore the other side of mt Toby. Cut over to Reservoir Rd, which is actually kinda sketch. Its the reservoir for Sunderland, so I felt uncomfortable running up it. Turned around and Went up Cross Mountain Rd which is better. Its a steep uphill. It rained today and it was very humid, so I couldnt see much. A dog followed me for a few minutes as well, kinda spooked me at first. Turned around at what I thought would be 2.5 mark and headed back the same way. Finished up slowly I felt. Just very sluggish and tired overall today, but legs and IT band felt good.

Really brief stretch, didnt feel like doing much. Mostly I wanted to take a shower since I was sweating a ton and it was wet outside.
