Good run for the most part. Got 6th in a pretty deep field. I didn't engage as well as I wanted the second half of the race. My legs feel like they are there, but my mind and body don't like it. Well, I gotta get some rest for tomorrow. 10k at settlers park. 8:30 start means an early morning.
