Comments:
Ran in the later afternoon. Got a lot of sleep and was generally lazy today, getting some lab stuff and HW done. Decided to switch it up a little and did Silver backwards. It was kinda nice, I dont mind it. The gnats were out in numbers today. They were really annoying. I ran through a bunch of clouds, and they got stuck to my face and I ate a few. Yuck. Otherwise felt ok, got very tired and slow at the end. Legs were definitely feelin it. Didnt feel as quick and energetic as yesterdays long run.

Essentials: Stretch, roll

Quick stretch and roll, IT feeling better today, but legs are tired. Get back to that good night sleep this week and getting work done. We out here grindin. Also weather was really good today.
