Weather: pleasant sunset/ impending storm
Comments:
legs felt tired at first from doing the pace line with matt and jon on the way home from work. going up dridge i started pushing it harder and the second half of the run was much quicker. my knees are tired, because my shoes are beat and i'm too lazy to switch.
