Comments:
Ran with Tony after class. Nice to run with somebody. My Tuesdays and Thursdays have been a mess so that was a big help. I have quite the head cold, but it was manageable for the run. Did the classic Lee-SP loop. Had a good talk, passed the time quickly.
5 barefoot strides on Van Horne afterwards.
