Apparently Prof McCarthy went to China this week, so we didnt have night class. Still tired when I got home since we had a long day. Tomorrow is even more packed. Anyways I eventually got out the door, even though I wanted to take a nap. Went for a nice run on the loop. The sun was setting, and there were bugs everywhere. Literally clouds of them. Fuck that. Still the weather was nice and I really enjoyed getting out there. Good stress reliever. Knee felt pretty good today. I felt like I started out slow but picked it up cause I was rolling at the end. Passed the same lady who was also out running 3 times, which was kinda cosmic. Also saw a hot air balloon out in the distance.

Essentials: Stretch, roll

Stretched out in the lawn in the shade, since the bugs are only in the sun light. Felt aight then rolling was good. Cant seem to find my small blue stretching band. That would be helpful for building the IT strength.
