Still sick, which sucks but I came into this workout with the mindset that I was going to make it a good one anyway. Decided to run with group 2 since that's where Mitch, Ben Brucker, and Scott were running and I planned to run with them even though I was feeling under the weather. Made a good effort for the hills and my legs felt much much stronger on the hills today than they did just two weeks ago. Still, on the eighth loop, I noticed a big decrease in my leg power on the part immediately after bounding. That loop wound up ten seconds slower than all of the previous ones so I decided to call it a day. A good workout, although not pushing ridiculously hard since I would like to get over this cold as soon as I can. A little lighter in the weight room today too, but still a solid workout.
