was going to run another 2*3mile at 5:20s (16:00)... ran the first one in 16:20, started the second and threw in the towel, what was manageable a couple weeks ago wasn't manageable today. 2.5 weeks out and I think it's time to start recovering instead of running substantial workouts through next Wednesday. Hopefully I've done enough to put on a good show!
