Comments:
Ran the fartlek workout at noon with Gilad, Chippy, Tony, Abdallah, Brando, and Mercer.
Workout was :
8x 1:30 on, 2:00 off
8x 1:00 on, 1:30 off
8x :30 on, 1:00 off
So the fartlek designed to work on speed was actually an hour total. I'm still sick (feeling a little better) but this workout rocked me pretty hard.
