Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Got to go around town today running errands. I took a nap in the early afternoon before I said I was gonna go run. Badish idea, since it didn't really want to get up from my nap and go. It took a while, but I eventually did, and it was worth it. Started out slow up to the trAil. When I got up there it started to rain pretty hard, as a storm was coming into the entire east coast. The rain invigorated me and I started to pick it up. Added on a mile at the top, then came back down via south hill elementary. I felt really good coming back, but I was soaked and my orthotics were starting to slip. I had to walk down the hill and eventually walk the last bit home since my shoes were so saturated. All in all it was great to get up and put and the weather was actually pretty cool today. Nice run back home.
Essentials: stretch
I stretched a little bit, but not much on the porch since I was so soaked. Not a big deal. Legs actually felt pretty good today and I was going at a real good pace once I got rolling.
