Comments:
Today we ran to Stone and back, I was staying at Will's pace the whole time so it was really fast and probably a bad idea but it was funny. After we continued onto the track where we did 8 laps which was also a decent pace for me but not nearly as fast. Good preparation for the race tomorrow.
