Comments:
We began the 49th street loop the complete wrong way, for which I can be blamed. But because of my blunder, Jason took us through a far more interesting run to Fordham linking to Indian, then Rockwood, Nebraska, Wisconsin, Connecticut, Chevy Chase circle and back onto Wisconsin. We did several Peter Silverman ladder agility drills, 110 twists, 20 squats, lunges, supermen, planks, flutter kicks and the side plank "dips" with Peter.
