Comments:
we got a great break from the weather this morning during the 10 miler. overcast and less humidity then the past week... run went as i planned... wanted to stay on 7:45 throughout... good relaxed run... 77:31... splits very even..
good controlled pace... a nice starting point... but some discomfort along with the run in the knees and hips and back...hope the arthiritis is not creeping into these areas too...
