Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Again, tired after class. Went to a group meeting this afternoon which was cool I liked the research. I got home at 5 and headed out. Went up to mountain rd. Felt slow starting out, but once I got up there I started to feel good. I could run forever on that road. It is so peaceful, yet fast and exciting. I really like it. I added on because I wanted to go further and I felt good. Went up to the split, then turned around (I thought I could map it, but Map My Run has no idea about any of the roads on Mt Toby... its a mystery up there. Because of that, this might have been more than 6 actually). Came back the usual way an picked it up a fair amount. I was rolling on the way back. Legs felt really good. I kinda feel like I am in some sort of shape!

Quick stretch and roll. At group meeting Cromer was talking about the PSE 5k. Hope he is in good enough shape for some competition by then cause I wanna race him. I also want to find out when it is so that I can sign up for another road race on a different day next month.
