Sumanth needed to stop at 3 miles, then a minute into the fourth mile, then two minutes into the fourth mile. Decided to scrap the run because he was so out of it and finish that mile at 6:30 pace, then drop the next mile down to 6 flat, then try to close faster. My hopes were honestly low, surprised we hit 5:36 that mile. Last mile we started off at 6 flat pace and slowly built up until we were booking it at the end, and I surprisingly had a few gears still left, probably could've been around 5 flat if I started moving faster earlier.
