Exercise Type: Run

Weather: Pouring rain and gusty wind and coldness

Comments:
Had to solo this workout b/c of class issues so it kinda sucked. The wind and rain didn't make it any better. I was soaked and extremely cold afterward. Seemed like I was on the brink of hypothermia, at least that's what it felt like.

So, it was 3 sets of 5 1000's

First set was supposed to be at 3:30 with 45 sec rest between reps
Second set was supposed to be at 3:20 with 60 sec rest between reps
Third set was supposed to be at 3:10 with 75 sec rest between reps
To keep warm I only allowed 2 min between sets

With wind and rain, coach though the times would be a couple seconds behind the target pace.

Honestly, if the wind and rain wouldn't have been a factor this workout would have been extremely easy. Last 4 reps were the only tough ones.
