Comments:
Same workout as last Wednesday, although this time I ran it earlier in the day on my own since I had a late-night lab to get to. As a result I was quite a bit slower, although it still felt like a hard workout (I think I ended up taking the easier parts extra easy with no one to push me, but I still attacked the hills like I normally do.)
