Comments:
Three stage recovery work out. Knee pain in the first warm up, Right foot pain at the end of the second session. Tapped the pain out, and ran one more mile at at faster pace. No pain in te run, but lingering discomfort (burning) throughout the day. Heart rate for the last no walk session was 98 at start and 144 at a 9:40 pace.
Pulse dropped to 88 after three minutes . At a 12 min pace the heart rate was steady at 131 with dips to 128.
