Weather: ~65 degrees, Warm
Comments:
Mile repeats at the meadow today. Felt pretty good I think, times were something like 5:40, 5:49, 5:45, ? and 5:47. So reasonably consistent, which makes me a little more confident for Friday. Also did a couple of steeple drills. Not sure I felt them too much, but it was only 1 of each type, so they probably do a lot more on doing several of each drill. We also did a new strength routine. Not sure how I feel about it, since everyone will kind of be bottlenecked now, but I'll give it a chance.
