Exercise Type: Swim
Weather: 50 outside, mid80s pool!
Comments:
My "jet leg" had me waking up pretty easily at 530, so I went back to the pool. I would LOVE to have this be my new routine: swimming every AM. I need to improve, AND it's like "free training" - aerobic fitness with absolutely zero impact/joint loading!
Some L shoulder soreness, but it went away. Each time I go (I've still only swam like 6x total), I get more comfortable with breathing, and my deep-seeded water claustrophobia improves. My leg action is improving, as well.
Lastly, it's just a great way to start the day! Too bad this outdoor pool closes in November - it'd be amazing to do year round!
