NP Lodge loop

planned on a recovery day b/c I was pretty sore and tight from yesterday. Once I got started I felt fine so I just went w/ it. I didn't push the pace at all today, and I still ended up right in the middle of my target pace. Only gripe is my IT band is still sore/tight. This is 2 good runs in a row so I am excited. Just like I can't get to frustrated on bad days, I need to make sure I don't get too happy about my better days.

New shoes felt great
