Comments:
Lighter tempo today. I took it down a mile, and eased on the pace a bit. I eased off a bit too much, which put me at like 20 seconds behind normal tempo pace, but today wasn't supposed to be really intense, so I'm not too worried. Accelerations felt pretty good, strong and relaxed. We also did a new medball thing (shoutout to Coaches Emilin). It felt tough, so I guess that was good. I'm just not entirely sure how it fits in with what we already do, whether it's abs, strength, or a new kind of inbetween.
