Comments:
Today after we warmed-up, we ran 3 1200s, a 1000, a 400 and then our end of practice 400. I ran pretty consistently for the 1200s, actually got a little better after the first one. For the first 400 I tried to race Will but I got buried by around 7 seconds. I'll get him one day.
