South Amherst

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Headed back down to South Amherst with Cromer. We ran parked in the same place, then ran around The Boulders and Mill Valley for a while trying to sneak onto the golf course. The golfers in Amherst are super anal and hate runners. There was a section of the fence that is cut open, but there were too many golfers for us to run there. We ended up running up through the cornfields to the trail, and up to Amherst College and back. Felt sore in the beginning but worked into it and felt really good at the end. I was very tired this morning (slept for 10 hours) and running helped get things moving. Hammies and groin still sore afterward though.

Essentials: Stretch

Stretched at the car a little bit, enough to feel better. Then we headed to the Doves Nest for brunch. I had to give Cromer a ride home since he ate so much gravy lol. Good run overall though, weather was nice and cool today.
