Comments:
The 5K went pretty well. I was feeling tight during my warm up, probably because I had just woken up, but I opened up on the second mile after the first mile went out too fast. I mostly hung back a couple meters from Michael in first, and then when we got close to the track I picked it up and was able to pass him and pull away pretty easily. I finally beat my PR from Sophomore year and it felt like I barely had to try, I think this means my endurance is finally in a decent place. So long as I keep my speed from Senior year, I'll probably be set for some nice PRs in the 800.
