Up to West Parrk almost to Shaker and then back. 2 strides. Short run. stretch.
and look at that...ran 79 miles in september; only to think how I would love to do that in a week. Maybe I'll go off the grid, move to a cabin in the woods, hunt for food, run, and become a man of the wild. No worldly stresses.
