Fun day today. Woke up and the four of us -- Reneau, Hartnett and Bushland -- went for breakfast before hitting up the clinic, where I did a near full eval on both Sean and Mike. VERY COOL, as I was able to find out some stuff that I think will help them both quite a bit.
After that, we went our separate ways, with me going to Sheldon for the track session. My watch is DEAD, so after the warm-up I did 2 untimed K's. They felt good and fast, but I doubt they were any faster than 3:00, which was FINE.
Once Jeff showed up, we did 2x ROR, then 3x200 with 30s rest. Jeff did one set and hammered them (and then spent the next 15 minutes on his death bed). I did a 2nd set faster than the first (around 30-31 average); I'm going pretty much all-out...which is sad, but my recovery was FAST.
A little cooldown before heading home. Once back home I hit the roads a bit with Sean, where we worked on a couple things we'd talked about in the morning.
Hit up the track that night. SWEET 5Ks! Wow, Oregon Track Club, e.g. "Wisco West"!!! Fun night at Villard, post-meet.
