to SEHS and back

Comments:
For some reason, I was dragging ass at work, so I didn't get out the run 'til after 6. Ran to SEHS, did about two-ish miles on the track, then came back.

Same thing as yesterday: working on trunk alignment, getting a good pull off the R foot, and making sure I was "pushing" left to right w/my right foot. Running clockwise on the track helps this a ton.

After the run, got back, ate quickly, then got on the road to visit The BGD in Salem. Was tired, but it was TOTZ worth it! Great chats!
