Comments:
Ran in the afternoon. The weather was near perfect today. I felt very sore from yesterdays workout, so I started out slow and worked into the pace. Felt much smoother on the way back. Good run overall happy I was able to fit it in.

Essentials: Stretch, roll

Good stretch, even though running stretched out my soreness more so. Abs were really sore today though I could barely sit up in my bed this morning lol.
