Anthony made the last minute decision not to have us race at Potomac. He suggested cross-training, a 30 minute run or total rest. Since not even Boardman was running today and rather emphatically recommended that I take the day off, I went ahead and cross-trained. I did a 200 crunches, a 4:00 plank a set of pushups and this new exercise Taylor Brown showed me, called the windshield wiper--kind of like the fourth part of the crunch progression, but going sideways.
