3x50 flutter kick
2x30 supermans
3x8 dumbbell press 80 lbs
2x8 rows 40 lbs each arm
2x4 lunges 80 lbs
2x8 dumbbell SL deadlift 80 lbs
2x8 pullups (out, sides)

I should probably jack up my dumbbell and rows weights. Lunges felt a bit tough after today's hill workout. Wish I could have done squats instead but there weren't any free barbell stations (is that what they're called?)
