Comments:
Once I had had my long inner debate about whether I should run today, and drove home in the pouring rain--having spoken to Veronica with generally positive results--I set out at 5:45, planning to do a loop similar to the one I did with Anthony in March. It has a nice balance of hills, challenging and easy sections. I got to let out some of my anger/hunger about glory days being canceled on this run. I stretched and did flutter kicks for 2:00, 30 lunges, 100 backwards leg lifts and 15 push-ups with the foam roller.
