Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
long run at rocky river. it wasn't that great. i was pretty tired overall and a little sore, and i think i've decided it was because of the swimming. i got my compression socks so i wore them on the run. i didnt notice much on the run, but i think later in the day my calves felt better. i normally do my long runs real slow, so i think i probably should have not gone as long. also i swam the past two days so that might have made this more difficult. meh.
