Comments:
No school today since its Columbus Day. Weird since Case didnt give a shit about Columbus and always had class on that day. UMass kids need the break. I get pretty bored an cooped up staying home all day, especially when it is nice out. That just pumps me up and gives me more ambition to go into class and lab and work hard, study, and learn a lot. So overall it was ok that the university was closed.

My ankle still feels pretty weak and stiff. I honestly cant run really well. Today would have been a good day to crosstrain, but I dont have a bike and if I did have a gym membership it would have been closed. I put on my brace and jogged over to SES and did a crossfit circuit. Starting out, ankle hurt but it loosened up. The good ol' brace was tight and made my arch sore. Its been a while since I have worn it. Cross fit went well. There werent a lot of things I could do cause of the ankle, and I dont have weights so I cant do the old 300 workouts. Might be time to get the gym membership. Jog back was slow, and arch was real tight when I got back so I took the brace off immediately.

Essentials: Ankle series, stretch, roll

Did ankle drills on the playground before coming back. In the pebbles, makes it harder. Stretched outside too since it is just so nice out. I love fall, and its great now that the heat is gone. More icing and compression tonight. Should be getting better in the next few days. Usually takes a little less than a week to get back to normal if I remember correctly.
